1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Connect4Hero (also presented as “4連英雄”, “the app”, “we”, or “us”) handles information when you use the app on iPhone or iPad.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the Connect4Hero app and its official support website. It does not govern services operated independently by Apple or other parties. Links to external services, if any, are provided for convenience and are subject to those services’ own policies.

3. Information we collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or gameplay information through the app. In particular, the app does not collect:
- names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account identifiers;
- precise or approximate location;
- contacts, photos, files, camera, or microphone data;
- advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data;
- usage analytics, crash reports sent to the developer, or gameplay telemetry; or
- payment or financial information.
Connect4Hero does not include third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or data-broker SDKs.

4. Data stored on your device
The app stores game progress and preferences locally on your device so that you can continue a run and retain your settings. This local data is not transmitted to us and cannot be accessed by us.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is overwritten by normal use, reset within the app where applicable, or removed when you delete the app. Deleting the app may permanently delete this data. The app currently does not provide cloud backup or cross-device synchronisation.
4. 儲存於裝置的資料
本 App 會在你的裝置本機儲存遊戲進度及偏好設定，讓你繼續目前征途及保留設定。這些本機資料不會傳送給我們，我們亦無法存取。
保留及刪除
本機遊戲資料會一直保留在你的裝置，直至在正常使用期間被覆寫、透過 App 內適用功能重設，或在刪除 App 時移除。刪除 App 可能會永久刪除這些資料。本 App 目前不提供雲端備份或跨裝置同步。
5. Apple services and third parties
The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple may independently process information relating to App Store downloads, purchases, device diagnostics, or your Apple Account under Apple’s own privacy policy and settings. Such processing is controlled by Apple, not Connect4Hero.
Connect4Hero does not operate a gameplay server and does not require a network connection to play. The official website may be delivered by an infrastructure provider that processes standard technical request information, such as an IP address, solely to deliver and secure the website. We do not use website analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
5. Apple 服務及第三方
本 App 透過 Apple App Store 發佈。Apple 可能按照其自身私隱政策及設定，獨立處理與 App Store 下載、購買、裝置診斷或 Apple 帳戶有關的資料。該等處理由 Apple 控制，並非由《4連英雄》控制。

6. Children’s privacy
Connect4Hero does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user. Because no account or online communication feature is provided, children cannot submit personal information through the app. If you believe information has been provided to us outside the app in error, please contact us so we can address the request.

7. Security, retention, and international transfers
Because app data remains locally on your device, its security is primarily protected by iOS or iPadOS and your device security settings. We recommend keeping your operating system current and protecting your device with a passcode.
We do not maintain a database of app users, retain personal information collected through the app, or transfer app user data internationally.
7. 保安、保留及跨境傳輸
由於 App 資料只保留在你的裝置，本機資料主要由 iOS 或 iPadOS 及你的裝置保安設定保護。我們建議你保持作業系統為最新版本，並使用密碼保護裝置。
我們不設 App 使用者資料庫，不會保留透過 App 收集的個人資料，亦不會跨境傳輸 App 使用者資料。
8. Your choices and rights
As we do not receive personal data from the app, we generally have no app user record to access, correct, export, or delete. You control locally stored data through your device and by deleting the app. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights. You may contact us with a privacy request; we will respond as required by applicable law.
If you email support, your email provider transmits the information you choose to include. We use support correspondence only to respond to and administer your request and retain it only as reasonably necessary for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.
8. 你的選擇及權利
由於我們不會從 App 收到個人資料，因此一般沒有可供查閱、更正、匯出或刪除的 App 使用者紀錄。你可透過裝置及刪除 App 管理本機資料。視乎你所在地區，私隱法例可能賦予你其他權利。你可就私隱要求聯絡我們；我們會按適用法律作出回應。

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a future version begins collecting data, the relevant App Store privacy disclosures and this policy will be updated before that version is released.
